Shipping Costs

Shipping your package to a location in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, and Austria costs €3.99 and is free for orders over €50.

Delivery Address

When placing an order on Daily7kids.com, you can choose to have your package delivered to your own address, but providing an alternative address is also possible. However, your order cannot be delivered to a PO box address.

Delivery Time

If you have received a confirmation email for your order, your order has been successfully received by us. We do our utmost to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our delivery time is 2 working days. Our working days are from Monday to Friday. We ship your package via DHL. You will then receive a confirmation email with the Track & Trace details.

Track Your Package

After you have placed an order on Daily7kids.com, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace number when your order leaves our warehouse. With this, you can track your package all the way to your doorstep. If you are not home to receive your order, the DHL delivery person will leave a note with a delivery code. With the delivery code in the bottom right corner and your postal code, you can see the next steps for your package. Want to schedule delivery where and when it suits you? That's not a problem. Would you prefer to pick up your package at another DHL ServicePoint or would you like us to visit you again? Via DHL, you can easily make a new appointment according to your wishes.

Packaging

We package your package with great care so that you receive your order in good condition. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

After Receipt

After you have received your order, you still have 30 days to reflect on your purchase. A Daily7kids return is always possible. If you do not wish to keep the ordered items, you can return them within the 30-day period. The items must be returned undamaged, unwashed, and if reasonably possible with the original label attached, to the return address. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically acquires possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unambiguous statement (e.g., in writing, by post, fax, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
